Saree: One Size For All! Saying No to altering insecurities.

For a long time, women were required to look ethnic, elegant and beautiful. They are always told that the attire they wear depicts who they are. Due to this expectation generated by the world to feel empowered and confident, looks and sizes have always been a major factor.


You are always either too thin or big for an attire, hence, women alter their way through everything, be it tops, Kurtis, jeans or even belts for that matter. Fashion has always been a concern for women to look confident and radiant in their outlook. And perhaps, Indian culture has a solution to this yet again. The only piece of clothing I can think of to break this bondage of insecurities and break into a colorful, radiant, fun yet elegant clothing is a saree.

A sari is a combination of homogeneous yet heterogeneous threads woven together to make a piece of cloth that is draped around the waist to the shoulders. Its material and design stand out from its comfort zone speaking not only about India’s culture and heritage but also upholds the feminine fragment of India.
